LPU METER 5200

DESCRIPTION

LOAD PULSE UNITY

More than just a meter …

The LPU 3P is a counting interface and a measurement recorder. Conventionally, it serves as a pulse energy meter for a three-phase + neutral network.

It records the values measured and calculated on the average of the phases and on each phase, as well as the analog and external pulse values collected on these other inputs.

It has two pulse outputs which can be configured each on one of the physical quantities measured: Wh, VAh, VARh.

The measurement period of the recording is adjustable at will (default 10 minutes).

For each measurement period and for each quantity measured, the LPU counter stores 3 values:

  • The average value, the integrated value during the measurement period
  • The maximum instantaneous value (per second) measured during the period
  • The instantaneous minimum value (per second) measured during the period

Recorded electrical quantities:

  • The 3 simple RMS voltages
  • The 3 RMS compound voltages
  • The RMS intensities of the neutral and of each of the 3 phases
  • Frequency
  • The overall active power and of each of the 3 phases
  • The overall reactive power and of each of the 3 phases
  • The overall apparent power and of each of the 3 phases
  • The overall power factor and of each of the 3 phases
  • The phase shift of each of the 3 phases

Coding switches allow you to define without a computer:

  • The ratio of current transformers (from 50/5 to 2000/5)
  • The measured variable delivered by the pulse output 2 (positive active energy, negative active energy, apparent, reactive, global, phase 1, phase 2, phase 3)
  • The operating mode of the pulse outputs (1/2 pulse or full pulse mode)

An acquisition unit

It has 4 digital inputs which can be extended for synchronization of measurements with tariff information (Top 10 min, etc.) and / or pulse counter information.

It is possible to add 2 analog or 4 digital inputs to it for the acquisition of measurements or counters.

Local and remote visualization

Communication via RS485 bus. With the LPU-E1 option, a USB or Ethernet connection is possible.

The CKS utilities software allows the complete configuration of the counter and allows the live display of all the measured variables. U1 / U2 / U3 – I1 / I2 / I – Cosø, power per phase and power for 3 phases (active, apparent, reactive)
temperatures …

Connected system accessible remotely

The LPU 5200 stores its measurements and actions over a period of several weeks. Open to all communication modes (Com, PSTN, IP, 4G, LTE), these data are readable, usable and can be analyzed using our LEO or Coviewer software.

It benefits from RSW remote maintenance services:

  • “Overtaking alert”
  • “Consumption alert”
  • “GrapheWeb” – Presentation service of consumption on browser
    internet
  • “Reporting” – Provision of daily or monthly reports

SAM 5500

DESCRIPTION

SYSTEM ACQUISITION MODULE

The SAM modules record analog and counting information in steps of 1 minute to 1 hour. They are used for monitoring consumption, for permanent measurement readings and for the possible transmission of alerts in the event of thresholds being exceeded.

The data can be read, used and analyzed using our LEO or Coviewer software. Retrieved by our servers, their data enters the services
consumption alerts to monitor the operation of the installations.

Communication takes place via RS485 bus (5m) or with the SAM-E1 option with a
USB or Ethernet connection (RJ45). Up to 32 SAM modules can be connected via RS485 bus and share Ethernet communication.
